Free Trial Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before participating in the free trial, as they may be subject to change.

Free Trial Start Date

The 30-day free trial begins on the date the order is placed.

  • 1 Dream Topper
  • 1 BodyShield Dispenser
  • 1 roll of BodyShield
  • 1 pair of Sticky Strips*
  • 1 reusable PillowGuard
  • 1 box of recyclable PillowGuards

Please note that the non-perishable items you receive may not be in their original packaging as they have been part of our demonstration or trial units. Rest assured, each item has been meticulously cleaned, disinfected and inspected to ensure they meet our high standards of hygiene and quality before being sent to you. If you decide to keep the products after the free trial, you can be confident in their condition and functionality.

* You agree to attach Purifas Sticky Strips to both ends of your therapy bed using the double-sided tape provided and following the attachment instructions supplied.

 

Free Trial Period

You are entitled to a 30-day free trial of the Therapy Bed Solution.

The trial period begins from the date the order is placed.

You acknowledge that a Purifas representative may contact you during the free trial period to check on your experience. If you are unavailable at that time, the representative will leave a message. You agree to return the call or email promptly within three days.

If you are dissatisfied with the Therapy Bed Solution and do not wish to continue with it, you understand you must notify Purifas within 30 days from the start of your trial.

  

Cancellation

If you decide not to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution, you must notify Purifas in writing (via email to customerservice@purifas.com) before the 30-day trial period expires. Your notification should clearly state your decision not to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.

From the date the discontinuation notice is received, you have 30 days to return the non-perishable items — the Dream Topper, the BodyShield Dispenser and the reusable PillowGuard — to Purifas (see 'How to Return the Non-Perishable Items' below).

Once we have received the returned goods your initial credit card authorisation will be revoked and you will receive a confirmation email to that effect.

 

How to Return the Non-Perishable Items

You are responsible for contacting Purifas on 1300 251 915 or emailing customerservice@purifas.com to arrange for the return of the non-perishable items.

Purifas will explain the return process and address any questions you may have.

You agree to assist and liaise with Purifas to ensure the non-perishable items are returned in an as-new condition and within the stipulated 30 days.

You are responsible for repackaging the non-perishable items ready for their return.

Purifas will arrange for a courier to collect these items and will cover any costs associated with their return.

You agree to be available at the scheduled time for the courier to collect the items.

If the collection is unsuccessful due to you being unavailable at the agreed time, a $30.00 fee will be charged.

Should the goods not be received within 30 days from the date the discontinuation notice is received, the total amount ($617) will be debited from your credit card.

 

When Might Purifas Charge Your Credit Card?

Enjoy a free 30-day trial of our Therapy Bed Solution.

You will only be charged if you:

  1. Choose to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.*
  2. Decide to keep any part(s) of the Therapy Bed Solution.
  3. Fail to notify Purifas within the 30-day trial period that you do not wish to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.*
  4. Fail to cooperate with Purifas in returning the items within 30 days of your discontinuation notice (including delivery times).*
  5. Are unavailable at the agreed time for item collection, resulting in an unsuccessful collection. A $30 fee will be charged for each failed attempt.

* The total charge is $617, covering the cost of all products in the Therapy Bed Solution.

 

Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card.
